Metro…
Metro last night was…engaging. I hesitate because it was refreshing. The … was a deep breath that I just took. It seems like it has been a while since our crowd has really chased the Lord in worship. To sum it up…engaging…refreshing…

Dream Big…
Are you dreaming of doing something so big that it will fail if God doesn't come through? If so, keep it up, if not, why not? Are you doing what you are doing and getting by on your own ability? Are you depending on your own level of knowledge or experience? If so, you are not living up to the full potential that God wants for you.
So I ask again, are you dreaming of something so big that it will fail if God doesn't come through??

St. Arbucks
If it ain’t from starbucks, it really ain’t starbucks. I can’t stand how folks think they can sell starbucks but end up ruining a drink. I think I’ve turned uppity since I’ve been on vaca in sanibel and captiva!

Singing while sick…
I'm not really sick, but I dont feel all that great today. I had a scratchy throat over the past few days. Well, I had to sing a song, Jesus Messiah, this morning at big church. Hopefully it will go well. I already did one service, so 1 down, 2 more to go!

Chick Fil A
I am fortunate enough to sing at a Chick Fil A dedication dinner tonight here in town. Some friends of ours from Georgia are opening a new one in the Cape and they asked me to sing at it. I have had the privilege of getting to know the owner, Michael, more and more over the past few weeks. When I hear him talk about his vision for Chick Fil A, you think he is talking about something that will change the world. The vision that oozes out of him, the clear direction, the call on his life, it's all huge! I know some churches that could benefit from a Chick Fil A seminar! Anyway, I am singing a song by John Waller called Something Big. The chorus of the song says,
"Something so big it's destined to fail without You Lord.
Something so great it takes a miracle to do.
We, your children, wanna do something big for you."
It's a great song of reliance on God and dreaming God sized things. I guess that's why Chick Fil A is as great as it. It's completely dedicated to God and His kingdom.
