SO I voted today, and as usual, I stopped by St. Arbucks because I am an epicure. Because of my participation in the election process of our new President, I got a free drink. What a great treat!
Something happened this morning that really bothered me. I was in line waiting to turn in my ballot when I noticed the guy in front of me had marked two answers to the same amendment several times. His ballot was obviously not counted and he had to vote again. However, this guy couldn't read either language offered. I then noticed that he voted for another candidate for president. I can't help but think that he doesn't know the issues at hand here with the outcome of the election. By no means do I think I know everything about both candidates. It's just a little scary that someone's vote will make a difference even though they don't what's going on out there.
